Interior
This home was build in the 1980's. The square footage on the home is around 3500 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths. Upstairs also is a formal living room, kitchen, mudroom and laundry room.
In the downstairs is a family room with a pellet stove, large storage area, 1 full bath and 3 bedrooms. The hot water heater is new as of December. The house uses a water-softener that is rented monthly from Culligan. Heating for the home is electric with each room having it's own cadet heater. Water comes from a well in the back of the yard and has been maintained properly as well as maintenance with the septic tank has been kept up on.

The lot sits on 1.5 acres. The yard is fully landscaped with sprinklers, mature trees, play set, log shed, garden area, fire pit, large patio with deck off the house. Our favorite time of the year is when we can be outside enjoying our yard. It is truly a piece of heaven.
